Introduction
1.1. Store4Gamer (as defined in Section 1.2 below) operates as a marketplace facilitating the buying and selling of products through the website www.store4gamer.com (“Site”). It acts as a commercial agent of Sellers (as defined in Section 2.4 below). By agreeing to these Terms of Service, Sellers authorize Store4Gamer to conclude contracts for sale with Buyers. Store4Gamer does not own the items listed on the Site and does not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of items advertised.
1.2. These Terms of Service, along with the Privacy Policy and all posted policies and guidelines, govern the terms and conditions of using the Site and its services ("Services"). This Agreement is between the User and Store4Gamer Market, UAB, a company registered in Turkey.
1.3. This Agreement includes provisions for resolving claims between users and Store4Gamer.
1.4. Acceptance of the Agreement is implied upon accessing or using the Site. If the User does not agree with the terms, they should refrain from using the Site.
1.5. Store4Gamer may amend this Agreement and Site policies with prior notice to users. Continued use of the Site after amendments implies acceptance of the changes.

Definitions for key terms used throughout the Agreement are provided.
Use of the Site
Users are granted access to the Site for personal or internal purposes. Prohibited behaviors include unauthorized commercial exploitation, undermining system integrity, and infringing Third Party Rights.
Registered Users
4.1. Privacy
By becoming a Registered User, the User consents to Store4Gamer's Privacy Policy.
4.2. Registration
Store4Gamer may refuse registration to any User without providing reasons.
4.3. Electronic Communications
Registered Users consent to receive electronic communications from Store4Gamer.
4.4. Account Suspension or Termination
Store4Gamer may suspend or terminate Registered User accounts for various reasons, including breaches of this Agreement.
4.5. Prohibition on Transferability
Registered Users may not transfer their accounts without Store4Gamer's written consent.
4.6. Account Closure
Users may close their accounts at any time by notifying Store4Gamer.
4.7. Account Inactivity
Accounts inactive for 180 calendar days may be terminated by Store4Gamer.
Posting on the Site
Users must be Registered Users to post information on the Site and must comply with guidelines regarding the accuracy and legality of posted content.
Transactions between Buyers and Sellers
6.1. General
Store4Gamer facilitates transactions between Buyers and Sellers and requires parties to complete transactions promptly.
6.2. User Responsibility
Users are responsible for all terms and conditions of transactions conducted on the Site.
6.3. Listing Description
Sellers must accurately describe listed items and ensure they have the right to sell them.
6.4. Binding Sale
Sales on the Site are binding, and both Buyers and Sellers have obligations to fulfill.
6.5. Store4Gamer's Role
Store4Gamer acts as a disclosed commercial agent of Sellers, accepting payments from Buyers on their behalf.
6.6. Assumption of Risks
Users acknowledge and assume all Transaction Risks associated with using the Site.
6.7. Taxes
Users are responsible for paying all taxes arising from transactions conducted on the Site.
6.8. Refund Policy
Refunds are only issued if items are not delivered or not as described.
6.9. Chargeback Policy
Customers who issue chargebacks for completed orders will be permanently banned from the Site.
Fees and Payments
7.1. Seller fees. . Store4Gamer may change its fees from time to time by posting the changes on the Site and your Account 14 days in advance, but with no advance notice required for temporary promotions.
7.2. Buyer and Withdrawal fees. The fees we charge for processing payments are posted on our Fees page here: Fees Page. 7.3. Users must have a payment method on the Account when selling or buying on the Site, and Users must pay all fees and applicable taxes associated with our Services by the payment due date. If your payment method fails or your account is past due, we may collect fees owed using other collection mechanisms. (This includes charging other payment methods on file with us, as well as retaining collection agencies and legal counsel). In addition, Users will be subject to late fees.
7.4. When you provide payment information to Store4Gamer or to one of its payment processors, you represent and warrant that you are the authorized user of such information, including, without limitation, the credit card, PIN, key, or associated account, and you authorize Store4Gamer and the payment processors to charge you for your purchases, subscriptions, or any other fees incurred by you.
7.5. Store4Gamer, in its sole discretion, may inspect and verify (i) details related to the listing sold on the Site, (ii) the Buyer of the Site listing, and (iii) the Seller of the Site listing. As a part of the verification process, Store4Gamer may require the Buyer or Seller to provide additional identification information, including, without limitation, a copy of a valid driver's license (or other form of government issued identification) prior to or during the Transaction. Users may also be asked to go through additional security procedures and share additional information to confirm their identity. Store4Gamer reserves the right to reject any item that we believe (in our sole discretion) may: (i) be fraudulent, invalid, inauthentic or stolen, (ii) have come from an unauthorized or illegal source, (iii) be related to any illegal activity, (iv) be prohibited by sanctions, embargoes, regulations or orders administered by the United Nations, the European Union, the OFAC or other government agencies of the U.S., or (iv) otherwise pose a financial risk to us or our users.
7.6. You agree and acknowledge that payment processing services are provided by third parties ("Payment Processors"), and are subject to the respective service agreements (collectively, the "Payment Services Agreement"). By using the Services, you agree to be bound by the terms in this section and the Payment Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by us or by the Payment Processors from time to time. As a condition of selling, you agree to provide Store4Gamer accurate and complete information about you and your business (if applicable), and you authorize Store4Gamer to share, in accordance with the Payment Services Agreement, such information and applicable transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by the Payment Processors.
Disputes between Users
8.1. In the event that any User has a dispute with any other User with regard to a transaction on the Site, such User agrees to submit a complaint to Store4Gamer which investigates the complaints on behalf of the Seller. For the avoidance of doubt, Store4Gamer investigates the complaints related on to transactions on the Site and does not investigate complaints regarding the quality, safety or legality of items advertised. In order to allow Store4Gamer to fairly and reasonably conduct investigations, Users agree to refrain from seeking third party arbitration while an order is still open or pending. Users who seek third party intervention (with the exception of Government Investigative Authorities) will be seen as interfering with the investigative process. Store4Gamer reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban Users who attempt to interfere with standard operating procedures for orders which are still active or pending.
8.2. Obligation to Reimburse. If a Seller is required to reimburse the Buyer or Store4Gamer, the Seller authorizes Store4Gamer to remove the reimbursement amount (in same or other currency) from their designated payment method (i.e. PayPal) on the Site. The Seller is required to have a valid payment method on the Site. If there are insufficient funds in the account, the Seller authorizes Store4Gamer to charge any reimbursement amount owed to the payment method on the Site. Store4Gamer may also place the reimbursement amount on the Seller’s invoice. If Seller does not provide Store4Gamer with a valid payment method, Store4Gamer may collect the outstanding sums using other collection mechanisms, including retaining collection agencies.
8.3. Fines. In the rare event that Store4Gamer determines that a User breaches this User Agreement, the breaching User authorizes Store4Gamer to levy a fine against the User’s payment method, up to EUR 100. In addition, Store4Gamer may suspend or ban the User’s Account, and/or require a deposit of up to EUR 200 to reactive the User’s Account.
8.4. Release. If you have a dispute with one or more Users, you agree to release and indemnify Store4Gamer and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and subsidiaries from all claims, demands, actions, proceedings, costs, expenses and damages, including without limitation any actual, special, incidental or consequential damages of every kind and nature, known and unknown, arising out of or in any way connected with such dispute. In entering into this release you expressly waive any protections (whether statutory or otherwise) that would otherwise limit the coverage of this release to include only those claims that you may know or suspect to exist in your favor at the time of agreeing to this release.
Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability:
Store4gamer provides services on an "as is" and "as available" basis and disclaims all warranties.
Store4gamer does not guarantee the validity, accuracy, or completeness of information on the site.
Users download material at their own risk and are responsible for any damage.
Store4gamer is not liable for disruptions due to events beyond its control.
Users indemnify Store4Gamer against losses arising from their use of the site or breaches of agreement.
Store4gamer is not liable for various damages, including those related to use of the site, product defects, or third-party claims.
Store4gamer reserves the right to limit or deny access to the site.
Store4gamer’s Intellectual Property Rights:
Store4gamer owns all rights to the site and its content.
Store4gamer's trademarks and service marks are protected, and unauthorized use is prohibited.
Security:
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their accounts and passwords.
Store4gamer is not liable for losses due to compromised account information or security breaches.
Store4gamer is not liable for damages caused by malware or attacks.
Store4gamer does not guarantee the confidentiality of communications on the site.
Notice to Users:
Notices to users are effective when sent to their account or posted publicly on the site.
Legal Disputes:
Disputes between users and Store4gamer will be governed by Lithuanian law.
Parties agree to negotiate disputes and may resort to arbitration if necessary.
Class actions and representative actions are prohibited.
Jurisdiction for disputes is in Lithuanian courts.
Miscellaneous:
This agreement, along with the site's privacy policy, constitutes the entire agreement between users and Store4Gamer.
The relationship between Store4Gamer and users is not an agency or employment relationship.
Failure to enforce any provision does not waive Store4Gamer's rights.
Invalid provisions do not affect the validity of the rest of the agreement.
There are no third-party beneficiaries to the agreement.
