The Game Awards 2023 Winners

The Game Awards, which has been held since 2014, is considered the Oscars of the gaming world. The nominees from games released throughout the year were selected by a jury of over 100 press members and content creators. The winners were determined by a voting process where jury members (weighted at 90%) and players (weighted at 10%) participated.

Baldur’s Gate 3 received awards in six categories, including "Game of the Year." League of Legends legend Faker was named the Esports Player of the Year, and VALORANT was chosen as the Esports Game of the Year at The Game Awards 2023, which also featured the unveiling of many new games.
